Pros
I have never been happier at any other job. Menards is a great place to work, if you put 100 percent into your job. The profit sharing is pretty good..
Cons
The downsides are the ten cent raises every six months. The compentency test?(who else has that) The mandatory department meetings every other month an hour after store closing. The insurance rates are too high, it is cheaper to find it on your own.
