      Pros

      Every one is super friendly. You stay busy most of the day. You meet a lot of unique people. Good work environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes you work late. Fines for boss's if set up is incorrect. Some guest are very rude. Points accumulate quick if five minutes late after scheduled time or lunch.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
