      Pros

      The wood isle was always a mess so it was a nice job to milk out hours for a paycheck.

      Cons

      When the management doesn't want to interact or be friendly with coworkers you know its an issue. This was the most hostile workplace I've ever been in. It was miserable going to work every day, and I had 5 friends all quit in the span of one summer. They broke their word on scheduling and other issues.

      Pros

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
