Pros
Flexible hours, very easy to move up, decent pay with scheduled raises and bonuses. Started as a cashier in high school, worked around all my activities very well. Continued into college, making very good money compared to others my age.
Cons
This may sound odd, but I wish it was easier to get fired. Not for me personally, but some of the people who work there should NOT have the privilege of keeping this job, but there isn't a real system for punishment other than being late to work.
