Pros
If you can stomach the long and odd hours, you will find that Menard offers a profit sharing plan that is not equaled in the industry. However, they also offer lower starting wages than some other home centers.
Cons
Menard has a lack of upper management. You won't find any regional managers, vice presidents etc. that are accessible to the everyday employee. Also there is not much for advancement opportunities at the executive level.
