      Bonus pay on weekends Opportunities for different employment through working with contractors Team members enjoy reputation of being more helpful than competitors. Opportunities to help guests select an item (enjoyable process)

      Pay is not horrible but could be improved. Not a good chance of advancement without moving to a different state.

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.
