      Pros

      The company hires from within for some jobs. Privatly owned company. Profit sharing. If you get a good manager it can be fun. Good training. Always something to do. Easy to pick up hours if you ask.

      Cons

      Crazy hours. Hard to get a set work hours. You could work morning Monday, evening Tuesday, off Wendesday, Mid-day Thuresday, morning Friday. . . ect. You get the idea. Some upeper managment does not understand how the company works and will fire you on the spot if they visit and do not like something you are doing, no questions asked. Some people get away with everything

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
