Pros

Flexible hours Above minimum pay Can come in on "off" days for part time individuals as long as they do not exceed 30 hours during the slow season. Calling off is not difficult when an emergency or situation arises. Would recommend to students seeking a flexible job that does not interfere with school work in "set in stone hours", other than that, get your degree and dont' look back.

Cons

Favoritism Nepotism Constant rule making that seems pointless and hardly achieves desired results. Supervisors are in a rush to get things done and do not listen or comprehend there are things that go wrong that are out of the team members hands. Supervisors then feel entitled to taking out their opinions on why individuals are taking "longer" than expected to do something. individuals who are full time are asked to work 50 hour weeks when it is their "busy" season, and when they slow down they do not accommodate for those in need usually telling they can go home, thus reducing work hours.

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
