Comraderie with fellow managers, almost always willing to help other department when workload exceeds expectations. Noticed a turn around before leaving, outside consultants are changing the culture as well as the new operations manager
Cons
Very low hourly wage for mgmt Absolutely no job security - can be fired on a whim The higher up you go the more exposure you have - resulting in more vulnerability Almost never enough money for staffing John Menard is the only executive who gets paid like one
