      Excessive work load, corporate interference, tasks interfere with sales, management is toxic in some stores, unreasonable weekly work hours, absolutely NO work life balance, and any excuse to reduce bonuses.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
