Extra $2.50 on weekends Coworkers Profit sharing after 1000 hours That's all I've got for this place and positivity but I haven't hit the minimum

Holiday pay is only an extra 2.50$ you don't get time in and a half Front end employees are trapped in their department and transferring is very difficult Cashiers are looked at as the lowest in this company (I heard the store manager talking about how someone working in hardware shouldn't be acting as dumb as the cashiers) Bad training/advancement is difficult So many mts are hired and the associates have to train them for them to turn around and quit after a month Passive aggressive management
