      Pros

      great hours, great people and great atmosphere. Works around your schedule and very accommodating to your needs.

      Cons

      Works on a point system so if you call off and are sick you are required to get a doctors note otherwise you will get 3 points. 10 points = termination

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
