Pros
Instant profit sharing is one of their only incentives along with the "hop to it" program which is a couple hundred dollars for perfect attendance.
Cons
The pay is not worth the amount of work. There are more ways to dicipline than there are incentives. There is team member of the month but it seams like you have to know the right person to get it. The lumber yard is well underequiped. When there are 8 people working and only 2 forklifts it is very difficult to get daily tasks completed.
