      If you are very good at constantly staying busy, they will love you. And if they love you, then you'll have a fine time.

      Cons

      They are always checking cameras, so if you do something small that is "not okay", they will write you up, if not fire you for it. They are very strict

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
