      Time off requests are denied when done months in advance if it falls on your weekend to work. It falls on you to figure out someone to work for you.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
