Very professional company that does things correctly. Lots of opportunities for movement and support/learning. Constantly educating and giving training. Good bosses.

Not enough employees for the workload leads to hectic stressful atmosphere and inability to join further learning opportunites.

The internship provided exposure to both fieldwork and office tasks, giving me a well-rounded understanding of geotechnical construction. Small teams made it easy to feel included, and I was able to take on meaningful responsibilities early on. Everyone was approachable and willing to teach, which helped me learn quickly and gain confidence in my work.

No major cons to mention.
