Seems great from the outside - Zookeeper Memphis Zoo Employee Review

Employee growth stagnates. Management not doing enough to support & actively contribute to employees’ professional development. Some management doesn’t seem to value employee input or experience. Pay is uneven across employees doing the exact same job & work. Overall employee opinion of work environment is very negative. Turnover of good employees due to low pay & management.
