Zoo membership- great people and views!

Pay is on the low side. Fine for me since I'm retired.

Pay is okay for the area, but if you have debt don’t expect to dig yourself out without a second job. Working with animals is a good job anywhere and culture within team is good.

Upper management makes a lot of poor decisions that affect employee morale, lots of turnover so expect to be shorthanded often.
