Pros
The library staff and volunteer support group worked together to make the bookstore a succesful fund raiser to offset funding cutbacks. The overall attitude of employees was supportive and cooperative. Interaction between the employees in different departments was a very positive experience.
Cons
There are many, many people in management with the library. Every department has several different levels of management and it's very easy to be unaware of the hierarchy, though the expectation is that all in management should be acknowledged as such.
