Flexible schedule, learning experience, wonderful staff to work with, no weekends and able to work independent
Cons
On call 24/7, new change of management, cutting down staff which affects the residents, very stressful atmosphere and no sense of professional TLC for the staff

Thank you for your review. We understand emotional burnout and the staffing challenges of our industry. Please contact me about "cutting down staff" as we have not reduced staffing hours and want to ensure we are communicating appropriately. No one should ever have to be on-call 24/7 and we should talk about ways we can rotate being on-call with your "second in command." You can contact me at the office 201-368-7070. Thank you again for taking the time. -Amber Williams, VP/COO of Memory Care Living
