Pros
I wokred there for 13 years. The first 11 1/2 were great! Wonderful atmosphere and management cared about staff and patients.
Cons
They did a major overhaul of senior managment and eventually all levels of management. It got so bad for me there, my husband BEGGED me to get a new job. i gave up a lot of seniority when I left but I saved my sanity. Run.......don't walk, away to another employer. No...I'm not just a disgruntled fromer employee. I'm really sad managment took a great institution and made it a nightmare.
