Pros
Has a nursing union. Employer match up to 10% of gross income into defined contribution plan if you're there more than 20 years. Decent health care benefits, but increasingly expensive.
Cons
Pay not as competitive as LA county in general. Lots of bad managers, especially the Emergency Room. Not supportive to professional development. Very political, especially promotions. A lot of the other employees are dissatisfied as well, poor morale in general.
