Pros

Rate, location, experience, name/brand, Center of educational excellence and prime positioning as a tertiary goldmine, layout is functioning and workable, so much promise.

Cons

Haven’t seen my supervisor since interview, emails are reply-all profuse, unprofessional, drama-churning and spam-worthy, tattoo-policy is exempt for favorites, department silos, high school cliques, bilingual is MANDATORY. Work here until you hurt yourself from overwork and unmitigated stress. Leadership is blind and armless, seniority are slow and complacent. No employee-employee analysis or auditing whatsoever, younger/quicker employees WILL BE abused. Every single employee, doesn’t matter what shift, will do one thing different. No streamlining or lean method here, variation of every shape, color, and size here. Leads all do it differently. Expect to see majority of “RNs” on smart phones while patient room lights sing a happy Christmas tune.
