Cons
Extensive and aggressive mergers/acquisitions/ and affiliate partnerships creating a disruptive work environment for staff and leadership. Loss of resources, frequent lay-offs due to duplicate positions, department consolidations, down-sizing, and outsourcing. Leadership positions not always involved in change management.
