Management is callous and greedy. Upper mgmt is purely profit driven. Have a problem? Better figure it out because you won't get back up from your supervisor. Memorial Care's slogan is LEAN (ask the CEO) which means more multi million $ salaries for them, less everything for patients and staff. These people couldn't give you an honest answer if their lives depended on it. A lot of misinformation is spread.
