tl;dr the company is a no no, don’t go. If there is a negative star, the rating would be -5 stars. Despite being a player in the industry for some time, the company doesn’t seen to know what are they doing. The young engineers are the one managing everything, and the manager ain’t managing or braining. Not only they are not managing, their default mode of communicating is shouting. Akin to an empty vessel that makes the most noise. Forever loud, forever lost. Hard to imagine a company so-called expert is clueless on how to run a project. One of the managers contributed and do absolutely nothing but acted like a madman, shouting everywhere. Not to mention they expected you to pick up the phone after 8pm and resume working at home. Please pee and poop at home. There is no proper toilet provided despite having the office at the same location for 3 years. Turnover rate is by monthly, not yearly fyi.
