Pros
Membrain is a modern miracle when it comes to workplace culture. Despite working remotely, I feel very close to my coworkers and management is incredibly supportive of one's career growth, always providing enablement opportunities and working to cater responsibilities to individual strengths. They really understand work/life balance and care about their employees mental health, and I also can't say enough good things about their approach to taking care of customers. It's a genuine pleasure to pitch in on new projects when you know you're contributing to something bigger, as corny as that may sound. I'm not the sort of person to throw around praise when it's not deserved, but Membrain deserves a lot of praise.
Cons
There's not much, although I've noticed an occasional tendency for leadership to get bogged down in details that ultimately don't matter a great deal; in many situations this is a strength, and speaks to their professionalism, but energy can be wasted if you're not being diligent about time management.
