Members 1st is a fantastic company. Great opportunities to advance in any role you start in, great morals, and benefits. Company has been great to their employees throughout the year with giving bonuses and increasing commissions on products.
Cons
Branches get burnt out quickly with the amount of responsibility handed over with lack of support provided by the behind the scenes team. Hard to keep the branches fully staffed at all times and lack of floats to provide coverage.
