      Pros

      The hours were flexible. Benefts were great. Retirement was amazing.

      Cons

      Employee owned in name only. They don't actually take your opinions into account or vote on anything. The pay is very low, they try to make up for it in benefits and bonuses. Basically if you aren't working OT you arent feeding your family. Automotive jobs for the most part. Work comes in waves and is rarely steady.

      Own your future. 100% employee owned and a gold standard for ESOPs.

      Cons

      Not a 40-hour-a-week job. At least not to reap the rewards of profit sharing.

      Most are great to work with get to travel in and some out of country

      Cons

      Work life is more important than family life. Expected to put personal life on hold . Compensation is not what it was in years past. Poor communication from management thru leads and personal. Very negative environment .
