      Low wages — sub par hourly rate. When doing overtime you can live nicely. With that said, when receiving overtime save the money. Buddy system — self explanatory

      Not a 40-hour-a-week job. At least not to reap the rewards of profit sharing.

      Most are great to work with get to travel in and some out of country

      Cons

      Work life is more important than family life. Expected to put personal life on hold . Compensation is not what it was in years past. Poor communication from management thru leads and personal. Very negative environment .
