      Pros

      MMCC has a hard working culture. It is employee owned, and everyone in the company is paid hourly. This was put in place to compensate the employees that are pulling long ours during the up season.

      Cons

      There can be large swings in work availability. One week you might be scrambling to get a job out to a client, followed by a week where the sales department is scrambling to keep everyone occupied. Six of the hundred-plus employees were women as of a few years ago, if that matters to you.

      Own your future. 100% employee owned and a gold standard for ESOPs.

      Cons

      Not a 40-hour-a-week job. At least not to reap the rewards of profit sharing.

      Most are great to work with get to travel in and some out of country

      Cons

      Work life is more important than family life. Expected to put personal life on hold . Compensation is not what it was in years past. Poor communication from management thru leads and personal. Very negative environment .
