Pros

Great, here's a positive review for Melon, the small company: Melon, a small company with little strategic direction. The team is comprised of genuinely good people who foster a collaborative and friendly work environment. Despite its size,

Cons

I was laid off by Melon, and the reason given was that a client did not extend their contract. While I understand that business decisions can be challenging, it was disappointing to find myself out of work due to circumstances beyond my control. The company's communication throughout this process was lacking, and the abruptness of the layoff left me feeling undervalued as an employee. I hope they can improve their transparency and support for their staff in similar situations in the future.

Pros

Good pay and simple tasks.

Cons

The lead’s have no idea of the projects . They rely so heavily on one developer, and he does whatever he wants. He was so disrespected and not cooperative. I find it so disorganised and not very professional. They will simply assign a ticket without description or records. It was so stressful and difficult to get information about what was required. In addition, the business has a poor relationship with its clients, which makes it more difficult to obtain information. Also, expect not to be paid for nearly two months when you begin work. I wouldn’t recommending to work in melon as a developer unless you like to get stress for no reason.

Pros

No Pros for these losers. They may list reputable companies on their site, but don't be fooled. They're a small outfit with no funding. All jobs start as contracting with limited hours. You'll have to eat some hours because they'll set a limit on how many hours they have on a project.

Cons

They don't live up to the contract. The contract guarantees up to 40 hrs a week, they'll only give you only 10 per week. They'll tell you your hours were approved but won't pay you, then when you inquire, telling you the invoice needs to be approved by the client. It's been 2 months and I have not been paid!
