Pros
The team at Melon is predominantly young and/or young-spirited. There is excellent communication between employee and manager, all the way up to the CEO, whose office is always open. Work tasks are usually interesting and challenging enough. If they are not, an employee can give a suggestion how to improve the work process or the task itself. The company office is in a modern office building and in a central location.
Cons
I don't have much to say in this regard. The office space is currently a little sterile, being white all over. Sometimes I get stuck doing several tasks at the same time because of too many ideas being adopted at the same time - which, however, is better than never doing anything new.
