Pros
Nice teammates, young team, helpful HR
Cons
Imagine working in a prison with minimum salary - exactly what you get. They will draw you with an "attractive" commission scheme to compensate you for a lower than market standard base salary but in truth the overall scheme is set to benefit themselves to the maximum. As mentioned by previous reviewers a lot of the issues stem from the 2 co-founders enforcing toxic rules and micromanagement. You'd imagine for a small start-up/recruitment to have work flexibility (WFH/hours) but instead you get monitored down to the minute - any lateness is highly frowned upon and they are sure they will let you know, this also applies to eating your lunch beyond the given 1 hour. Additionally, co-founders throughout will try to make it sound like they are very supportive/encouraging by emphasizing every single benefit or positive change they make - but in truth many of these changes are typical for any company out there, all just a way to brainwash you to think they are looking out for you. Avoid at all costs. If for any reason you'd want to work in a prison/military camp it'd be better to join that instead at least you'd have committed a worthy crime for it/become a decorated army officer.
