Pros

Great exposure to the company functions and back ground. I learned more in my position here than I would elsewhere because they require so much from you with little pay and title recognition. They people I worked with and served were very knowledgeable and fun to work with. The projects assigned to me were fun and fast paced, and whenever help was needed it was given. Great experience to help further your career elsewhere.

Cons

This company will take advantage of anyone that works there. They'll work you into the ground and pay you the least amount they can get away with. Promotion with in this company is hard, it requires more than seven years in your current position or some major butt kissing of upper management. The people that stay within the company for years are the ones who have settled with the way they're treated and have adapted to the slow growth and compensation plan. Management will string you along, making promises to you about advancement, tasks, etc. without planning on actually delivering. You can't trust anyone to have your back/look out for your career, they're all way too concerned about themselves. Not a great place to commit long term to, but it is a great short term opportunity to help launch your career further elsewhere.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
