Pros
-Great people to work with, and overall great if you are working at the call center -They are very flexible with your schedule -Ability to take various positions and capable of becoming a supervisor within 6 months
Cons
-They do not communicate updates and if you are not aware then they will blame for breaking policy -Upper management doesn't give a heads-up about foreseeable issues that they set into motions, which leaves us not know how to resolve, managers usually don't know what is going on until we start asking
