Pros

People call you, no cold calling. Great culture and atmosphere, supervisors are really helpful and nice. Great benefits, 90 dollars of free products a month. Good call center pay for Rexburg. Managers and team members are all really nice people.

Cons

Month End: Have to work longer hours with fewer breaks for a few days towards end of the month Holidays: Since New Years Eve is on month end, basically impossible to get that off. Some years might have to work on Christmas Eve.

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
