Pros

-Benefits for full-time employees -$80 worth of products for free every month -Company events where you can win prizes, such as the annual picnic, Christmas party, and many monthly incentives if you work in the call center. -Accolade program for call center employees. You earn points as you take calls and then order whatever you want online. -They pay competitively.

Cons

-It's not about what you know, but who you know. Unfortunately that's how most jobs work. -If you work in the call center, they will get you in trouble for small things that you didn't even know about. You can't do anything fun to distract yourself (like using your phone or browsing the internet) and you must stare at the screen and wait for calls. -Ridiculous hours on the last two days of the month (in the call center). Not uncommon to work a 12 hour shift with only a half hour lunch.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
