Pros
Extremely friendly and proactive environment. Everyone seems to be serious about their job. Upper management constantly shows that they care about each and every one of their employees. Excellent employee incentives. Frequent opportunities to move up in the company if you work hard.
Cons
There tends to be an information gap between departments when it comes to various aspects of the company. There will be an event going on in one department that no one else knows about until a customer brings it up to them.
