A fast paced growing environment. I have been given many opportunities to grow in my career and abilities. New challenges arrive every day giving the chance for continued growth and development. Melaleuca's leadership structure is fairly flat giving all employees opportunities to interact and work alongside upper / executive management. A company that prides itself on employees working hard and promoting internally as high as their growth and abilities will allow. I have worked for a few other companies and am happy now to call Melaleuca home

Due to the fast pace and growing nature of Melaleuca, timetables and workloads can feel intense. Expectations are that employees will work hard and positively contribute to the achievement of company goals and metrics. If you are looking for a sit back and watch type of work environment, this growing company may not be for you.
