Pros

I found Melaleuca at a career fair 13 years ago and have not been disappointed. I've been with various companies in the past and Melaleuca is the best employer in the area by far! I was impressed with all the benefits and recognition the Management gives their employees like reasonable health insurance, monthly certificate to redeem for Melaleuca products, profit sharing, an onsite fitness center and many more. There is even a concierge service to help you get personal errands done so when you go home, you can spend quality time with family. There are so many opportunities to grow internally and it is very rewarding to experience personal growth in my career as well as witness other employees grow their career. It is a fun, team oriented environment and it is great to contribute to the company's success. When people come on board with Melaleuca, they are here to stay!

Cons

Melaleuca continues to be a rapidly growing company and the demands can be high which means short deadlines. To me, Fast growth = opportunity = job security however, some could perceive this as a con, especially if one is easily stressed out.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
