Pros

pay was decent for part time work, 90$ product voucher (doesnt go far seeing as products are so expensive)

Cons

job listing on indeed was not accurate representation of hours nor during interview was it stated that we worked that many weekends also month end was told to me as being the 28th thru the 9th of the next month, with 10 hr shifts, turned into starting at the 25th of the month thru the 12-13-14-15 depending on company needs, I realize company needs are as is, but when your hired in for part time hours then it should be just that and also a schedule was given to all part timers and the whole month of november was expected for part timers to work the whole month of november, again not the original hours stated on interview also no benefits for part timers working that many hours, not same for part timers as for the full time workers.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
