I really love working with a management team who share my values and passion for success and push me to reach both company and personal goals. Benefits are really great, and feedback is abundant. Their dedication to having the best and most effective products in the market makes progress and achievements in the wellness industry exciting. I haven't been in many companies where success is rewarded and celebrated to the level that it is here.
Cons
No cons too serious that I can think of. Just like every company, there are critical periods that require all hands on deck to prepare for events that can stretch you, and a lot is expected of their employees, especially management. Being a leader in the industry creates an environment that can be challenging for people who prefer a laid back organization.
