      - Constant changes without notice from the company regarding pricing, policies and operations. - Sometimes you'd have to come in at 7 am or stay over midnight to get the work done without extra pay.

      Very good salary for part time, loved my team and genuinely felt there was a familial community atmosphere

      Extremely hard to manage work life balance, little to no time off, very poor company wide communication
