      Ability to work with customers on new projects and innovations provides a breadth of freshness to the daily job.

      Cons

      Company culture used to be similar to that of a start-up, embracing new ideas and providing funding to fail fast and cheap. This has slowed given top line sales pressure. Top management is uninspiring and not good at communication.

      Pros

      Pay on time. It could be quite easy job if you get on the right side of the boss. if you know how to play the game, it can be quite a easy job.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. No leadership. Management is poor. Management style is old school. Compensation and benefit is below market. Has the so called strategy but is all talk and no action. Lots of gossips and favoritism.
