The operation of company is top down managment approach. The management has never involved or listened to their employee with direct experiences of customer needs and preferences. The supply chain leadership initiated too many changes at the same time without real focuses to resolve the root cause issue. Basically, the way how they manage this company is sitting at the bottom of well to see the sky . They copied their experiences from another company and pasted it to this company without changing and modification.The supply chain leadership is very junior level managment that I ever seen before. The top management never understand how and why they lost and are losing business as the leadership team is impairing to understand the operation and ask the question. people in this company are too political without focusing on the business I
