-Some late-night meetings or work with Chinese partner sites -Small company growing rapidly could lead to culture shifts or extra stress -Lower half of pay range (I can only speak for myself and I accepted the first offer that was made, but for my field in Chicagoland, my income is on the low end. Take this note with a grain of salt.)

The company is growing quickly and not adding headcount as needed. Needs more middle management.
