Poor Management - Project Manager Megavenues.com Employee Review

I joined Megavenues as a Data Analyst Intern but during my internship period I not only analysed the large chunks of data but also got my hands on different profiles like SEO, E-Mail Marketing, handling Social Media Pages etc. This is what I liked the most. Infact working under different profiles helps you analyse yourself and makes you realize what you are actually good at. Secondly, the best part of this company is it's team. The have a brilliant team that show immense dedication in their work. The work environment is so free that never did I feel the barrier between a full-time employee & Intern. Even though Sir is usually too busy in his work, he always provided a listening ear to all the strategies that I suggested him during the course and also motivated me to think of more. Infact the praise list is endless..

I can't think of any cons as such. This was altogether a first-of-its-kind experience for me so I wouldn't be the best person to write cons here and infact there are none.

What can i say? I really enjoyed my time at Megavenues! One of the biggest pro's in my opinion was the trust that is given to an employee by the management, this really gave me a sense of ownership in whatever task i was assigned. I was able to sense good team spirit amongst colleagues who shared responsibilities and this enabled a great work atmosphere. Being that it is a start up, a good performer can grow exponentially and no good effort goes unnoticed. I had worked closely with the CEO and found him to be an extremely good leader & mentor and this also rubbed off on other employees. He was very transparent and approachable, as were other colleagues. Owing to the previous points, i was able to take away immense learning and experience in a short of time. I've no doubt that this organisation with it's young workforce and fresh ideas will go from strength to strength. TLDR: -Great place to work!

Honestly, not a thing that can be considered a "con" or worth mentioning.
