Pros

Not much besides the chance to go to Australia for company events. Most people are good people to work with (except management).

Cons

Terrible management with unreasonable demand. Very hostile and unprofessional attitude with lots of swearing and abusive languages. Policy changes daily and they treat you like dirt, blaming you for everything that goes wrong. They pay decent money but never keep their promise on anything. Do not work there unless you absolutely desperately need a job. Management are inexperienced and do not know how to run a company.

Pros

Fantastic leadership on the GTM team, WFH but I never feel alone, no micro-management, fair pay, clear goals for the team. Love that we're growing fast and have so much support for the SDR team

Cons

medical is $0 out of paycheck but Blue Shield isn't an amazing provider

Pros

At SKO, the CEO said 1. People are just about the most important thing 2. We have to build a product customers want to buy. I have seen where the company values it's employees in very tactical day to day ways. The company really "puts their money where their mouth is" when it comes to the people that work here. The product itself is easy to use for customers, easy for employees to understand, and so therefore the product team has done a great job building a product that customers will buy.

Cons

So far there are no negatives to Megaport
