Trips to Australia, and at one point there was a smart and talented team.
Cons
Trips to Australia. If you live in the States, you are expected to be on their schedule, not a US schedule. Working Sunday, nobody around on Fridays, a lot of finger pointing--constantly. From a sales standpoint, there are no territories. Salespeople in other countries can call in a US salesperson's geography which can lead to prospects and customers getting incredibly confused.
